I’m a psychotherapist who brings curiosity, thoughtfulness, and a commitment to understanding people in the context of their lives, relationships, and communities. My background in environmental and social organizing continues to shape my interest in values, connection, and meaningful change.

I know that being human means sometimes struggling, feeling overwhelmed, changing course, and continuing to learn. None of us moves through life with complete clarity or certainty. I love to learn, play, move, make things, and find ways to feel less alone. I’ve been shaped by peers, therapists, and clients who have shared their knowledge, stories, and perspectives with me, and I try to carry that forward in my work.

My aim is to help clients feel understood, think more clearly about what they need, recognize patterns, and develop ways of moving forward that feel intentional and sustainable. I believe therapy can offer both a deeper understanding of ourselves and meaningful support as we navigate what comes next.
